What we collect

Soofa Signs do not have cameras. We collect anonymized MAC and BLE device-presence pings for foot-traffic measurement and ad-impression attribution. Personal identifiers are not stored.

How we use it

Foot-traffic data is aggregated by corridor and used to power our Pedestrian Trend Tracker product (for cities and CRE) and ad-impression measurement (for advertisers).

Retention

Raw device pings are anonymized within 24 hours and aggregated. We retain aggregate data for up to 36 months.

You can request data deletion at any time by emailing privacy@soofadigital.com.
